The In Utero Necklace is inspired by the winged anatomical figure from Nirvana’s In Utero album cover.

Cast in stainless steel, the pendant features detailed wings, a sculptural body, and a small LO2E logo on the back between the wings. Finished with a custom bail designed to match the Heart-Shaped Box Pendant from the same collection.

Available in two adjustable lengths: 14–16" and 18–20".
